Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during a viral launch!), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship strictly within Australia at this time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Generally takes 5–6 business days depending on your location and the courier.

3. Holiday Season Delays - Please note that during peak holiday seasons (November, December, January), courier services often experience high volumes which can result in delays. While we pack your order within our standard 2-day window, the delivery timeframe is out of our control once it leaves our studio. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout! Lumi Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Lumi Candles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
